VITAseer Bioinformatics Software

VITAseer is a bioinformatics software tailored for processing single-cell transcriptome data generated with the VITA Single-Cell Full-Length Transcriptome Platform. VITAseer streamlines a variety of critical bioinformatical tasks, including single-cell barcode identification, data quality control, sequence alignment, and the generation of single-cell gene expression matrices. In addition, it calculates full-length gene coverage, evaluates sequencing saturation, and performs dimensionality reduction clustering and marker gene analysis.
